Why we built Lyncore

Because "using AI" shouldn't be this exhausting — not jumping between ten platforms, not handing over your data, not spending so much.

Our view

In 2026 AI is amazing — but "using AI" is stuck in 2023

🧩

Three problems with today's agent platforms

OpenClaw is a framework not a product — you clone code, install Node.js, write config, deploy. Non-developers are ruled out immediately. Dify/Coze are cloud SaaS — your chats, docs, agent configs all sit on someone else's servers. What if they shut down? What if they change the privacy policy? Big-tech agents lock you into an ecosystem — Bailian binds Qwen, Coze binds Doubao, Wenxin binds ERNIE. Want DeepSeek? Sorry, not supported.

💡

Lyncore's approach: make it software, not a service

One NSIS installer, double-click onto your computer. Chat history on your disk. Agent configs are files on your machine. Your model key is your own. Works offline (local Ollama models). You're not "subscribing to a cloud service" — you're buying software. Like you buy Office, like you buy Photoshop.

🌱

AI shouldn't be "smartest on day one"

Every agent platform has one flaw: once configured, your agent is "dead". It learns nothing from you. A year of ChatGPT and it still forgets what you said last month. Lyncore's evolution engine starts watching you from day one. Repeated actions auto-generate skills. Only live after your nod. By day one hundred, it's your shadow.

A few ideas

🔒

Data sovereignty is yours

Not "we promise not to peek" — but "physically, what's on your computer is invisible to us". Big difference.

💰

No profit from middleman markup

Your model key is yours. Lyncore profits from the software, not by marking up between you and the vendor. Dify/Coze add 30%+; we don't.

🕊️

AI shouldn't belong to big-tech only

OpenAI has ChatGPT, Google has Gemini, Microsoft has Copilot, Alibaba has Bailian, ByteDance has Coze. You deserve an AI foundation that's fully in your own hands.

Engine

Go hexagonal architecture, not Python scripts glued together

23 domain modules + 41 infrastructure sub-packages. Personal (lite) and Enterprise (!lite) share the same source, switched via Go build tag.

⚙️

FC Loop reasoning engine

Agent reasoning loop: think → pick tool → execute → return → think again. No hard round limit — 7+ detectors (repeat/idle/context-guard/convergence/fuse) auto-exit.

🔀

DAG workflow engine

Visual orchestration, auto-parallel, retry on fail, blueprint reuse. Enterprise uses Temporal distributed scheduling.

🧬

Evolution engine

State-machine driven: observe → propose → shadow → verify → review → activate. OpenClaw and Dify have neither.

Vs OpenClaw, it's a framework we're a product. Vs Dify, it's cloud we're on your PC. Vs big-tech, we don't care whose model you use

¥12/month. No credit card. Data on your disk.
